Construction of 85 selfcontained Sheltered Apartments together with a Managers flat.
This was the first time that the packaged bathroom and kitchen “pods” were used in Guernsey. The surface water drainage was very tricky because of a discharge consent that required a closely calculated attenuation volume and an emergency overflow.
